BURGMASTER “FREE BURGERS FOR A YEAR” GIVEAWAY

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

  1. SPONSOR

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Burgermaster (the “Sponsor”). 

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion will take place during the first two (2) weekends following the grand opening of the Burgermaster Issaquah, Washington location (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s designated clock shall be the official timekeeper. 

One (1) winner will be selected following each of the two (2) weekends. A total of two (2) winners will be selected. 

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate. 

  1. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing and submitting the official online entry form. 

  • The entry form is accessible exclusively by scanning the QR code displayed onsite at the Burgermaster Issaquah, WA location. 
  • Limit one (1) entry per person. 
  • Multiple entries in excess of the stated limit may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 

All entries must be received during the applicable weekend entry period to be eligible for that weekend’s drawing. 

  1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing at the conclusion of each weekend from all eligible entries. 

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of eligibility prior to awarding any prize. Failure to respond within a reasonable time period, as determined by Sponsor, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

  1. PRIZES

Two (2) prizes will be awarded, one per weekend. 

Each prize consists of one (1) Burgermaster gift card with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $950. The ARV is based on an estimated cost equivalent to one (1) Burgermaster, one (1) regular fry, and one (1) medium soft drink per week for fifty-two (52) weeks. 

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,900. 

  1. PRIZE CONDITIONS
  • Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. 
  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 
  • Gift cards are subject to all applicable terms and conditions issued by Sponsor. 
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of any gift card. 

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. 

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules. 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.  

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
