BURGERMASTER BUMPERS AND BURGERS 2025 GUIDELINES

Burgermaster is excited to host car club gatherings at the former Triple XXX Rootbeer location in Issaquah! We will have extensive renovations happening on property for several months and therefore require all car clubs to adhere to the following guidelines:

• Park only in designated areas
  • Burgermaster has secured an agreement with Virginia Mason for use or the parking lot adjacent to ours.
  • Please DO NOT park in the lot behind the clinic building.
• Follow standard meet-up etiquette including, but not limited to:
  • Park appropriately- don’t take up more than one spot
  • Follow directions from event organizers and Burgermaster staff
  • Have fun, socialize, ask questions
  • DO NOT: bring firearms or alcohol, burn rubber, litter, touch, fight, or leave your engine running
• All Bumpers and Burgers events will be held on a Sunday between 10am-3pm
• Show attendees responsible for cleaning up all parking areas after the event
• Proof of $1mil / $5mil event liability insurance naming Burgermaster and Virginia Mason
• No outside food please
