Come to burgermaster for the original drive-in burger experience
What’s the best part about visiting a Burgermaster Drive-in Restaurant? The one-of-a-kind experience that you’ll get when you visit! Let us tell you why Burgermaster is different than any other restaurant that you’ve been to before.
Have you ever gone through a drive-through and ended up with the wrong food, bad service, and greasy bags to throw away at home? Us too. That’s why eating at Burgermaster is nothing like that.
The concept is pretty simple: drive in, turn on lights, place order, chow down.
The hardest part is patiently waiting for your juicy burger to be cooked-to-order, and not eating your steering wheel while you wait. Or is that just us? Eating at Burgermaster is so much more than that though.
First off, look around you when you first drive in; our drive-ins are unlike any other restaurant that you’ve been to! When you first pull up, you might notice the award-winning gardens at each property. If you’re lucky enough to visit during spring or summer, the fresh flowers and blooming trees, bursting with color, are likely the first thing that’ll catch your eye. Next, the shape of our restaurants stand out, they’re easy to recognize from a block away! We’ve optimized our unique, stretched-out layout to maximize the ability of our carhops to see all the cars at once and deliver speedy service as soon as customers are ready. And we need to be speedy; you’ll notice that our parking lots are often packed to the brim with cars!
Now that you’ve looked around and your stomach is growling, it’s time to place your order. We encourage everyone to try our unique drive-in style ordering system, although we do have a traditional cashier stand in each lobby. After you’ve taken a look at our menu, turn on your car’s headlights to signal to your carhop that you’re ready to order. They’ll provide service right at your window, so you never have to leave your seat! Every carhop is trained to guide customers through the menu as they order, to ensure that each and every sandwich has exactly what you want on it. Don’t want our special sauce? No problem. Want to add pickles and grilled onions? You got it! We even have a few (secret menu items) that you can ask your carhop about.
Once you’ve placed your order, your carhop will ask if you want your order “to-go” in bags or “for here” on a window tray. We highly recommend that you try “for here” at least once, especially if it’s good weather out! There’s nothing like munching on a burger, listening to classic oldies music, and relaxing with the windows open while the sun shines. A lot of our customers also tell us that they really enjoy watching our employees work as well; it’s a unique experience to look into our open kitchens to see how fast we pump out fresh burgers, or see carhops zip around so many cars!
While you enjoy your burgers, we’d like to bring your attention to the intention that goes into everything you eat at Burgermaster. We strive to source as many local ingredients as possible, and we take pride in only offering the best quality food around. All of our beef is grass-fed and finished, hormone and antibiotic free, and sourced from farms in the Pacific Northwest. Our check in antibiotic free as well, and our fish is wild-caught Alaskan Cod, processed fresh locally. Each shake is hand-spun to order, and our french fries only come from potatoes grown in Washington State. We’re beyond proud of what we’re serving you, and we hope you can taste our dedication to top-tier food!
When you’re done enjoying your meal, your carhop will carry away all of the trash (you’ll notice that it’s all compostable!) so that you can drive away whenever you’d like, without ever having to get up. Hopefully you’ll leave happy and with a full belly, ready to enjoy your next visit to Burgermaster!
